What if the arrested individual misses court?

A bail reinstatement is a notice to the court that the individual will voluntarily return back to court. Dog House Bail Bonds will inform you of the new court date. As co-signer, you are responsible for getting the individual back into court. 
Co-Signers 
A co-signer is the individual who is guaranteeing that the arrested person will appear in court. If the arrested person fails to appear, the co-signer is obligated to pay the full face value of the bond.  

What if the arrested individual refuses to appear in court? 
We're in this together. Call Dog House Bail Bonds right away. As a co-signer, you are responsible for the whole face value of the bond. We will respectably work with you to have you released as co-signer of the bond. 
(The co-signer and Dog House Bail Bonds are officially relieved of the bond liability, when the defendants case is over. NOTE: Although the court case may be over, monies agreed to be paid are still due in full amount. The full amount of the fee agreed to be paid are expected to be paid, regardless of the outcome of the case.
